Accessibility Statement

OpsBox AI LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to making our Warehouse Management System and related services (the "Services") accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. A warehouse floor employs people of every ability, and software used all day on that floor should not be the barrier.

OUR STANDARD

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.

WHAT WE DO TODAY

  • Keyboard access: Core workflows, including interactive elements such as metric explanations, are operable by keyboard as well as by mouse and touch.
  • Semantic structure: We use semantic HTML, labeled controls, and ARIA attributes where appropriate so that assistive technologies can interpret the interface.
  • Readable interfaces: We design for high contrast and large, legible type, particularly on handheld scanner screens used in warehouse lighting conditions.
  • Plain language: The system is designed to be operated in plain words rather than codes or jargon, which benefits users with cognitive differences and those for whom English is a second language.
  • Responsive design: The Services adapt to a range of screen sizes and zoom levels.

KNOWN LIMITATIONS

We are honest about where we stand. The Services have not yet undergone a complete third-party accessibility audit, and some areas, including data-dense dashboards and charts, may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working toward a full audit, and we prioritize accessibility fixes when an issue is reported to us.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review new features for accessibility as part of our development process, and this statement will be updated as our conformance improves.
